This policy covers data collected and processed by i2ed as the platform provider. Seller Information

When you create a seller account on i2ed, we collect:

• Name and email address
• Store name and store details
• Business information such as ABN (Australia) or EIN (United States)
• Business or contact address
• Stripe Connect account details for payment processing
• Apple ID information when authenticating via Sign in with Apple
• Store content including product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing

Buyer Information

When you make a purchase through an i2ed-hosted store, the following data may be collected or passed through to i2ed:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Shipping and billing address
• Order details and purchase history
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit i2ed.site or any i2ed-hosted store, we may automatically collect:

• Device and browser information (type, operating system, screen size)
• IP address and approximate location
• Pages visited, products viewed, and interactions with the platform
• Referring website or source

3. How We Use Your Information

i2ed uses collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the i2ed platform
• Process transactions and facilitate payments between buyers and sellers via Stripe Connect
• Create and manage seller accounts and stores
• Send transactional communications such as order confirmations and account notifications
• Send promotional and marketing communications about i2ed features, updates, and offers
• Analyse platform usage to improve the experience for sellers and buyers
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms

4. Third-Party Services

i2ed uses the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

• Stripe: payment processing for all transactions on the platform. Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy
• Apple: authentication via Sign in with Apple. Apple may share your name and email address (or a private relay address) with i2ed when you sign in
• PostHog: product analytics to understand how users interact with the platform
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: conversion tracking and advertising measurement
• TikTok Pixel: conversion tracking and advertising measurement
• Google Analytics: conversion tracking and website analytics
• Shipping carriers: name, address, and phone number shared with carriers solely for delivery purposes

Each service has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. i2ed does not sell your personal information to third parties

5. Cookies & Analytics

i2ed uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and gather analytics. This includes information such as pages visited, products viewed, and referring sources. Advertising pixels may also track conversion events such as purchases to measure ad performance

6. Data Sharing

i2ed does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with:

• Sellers and buyers as necessary to facilitate transactions

i2ed retains your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfil transactions, and comply with legal obligations including tax and financial record-keeping requirements. When a seller deletes their account, their data is retained only as long as legally required and then deleted

9. Data Security

i2ed takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information. All payment transactions are encrypted through Stripe. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and i2ed cannot guarantee absolute security of your data

10. Children's Privacy

i2ed is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the platform, please contact us at hello@i2ed.site so the information can be removed

11. Changes to This Policy

i2ed may update this privacy policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
